2025 Institute Updates

The new design of the course player and of the learning plan pages has a fresh, modern look while maintaining the functionality you’re familiar with. This update enhances accessibility for all users. The short video below gives you a sneak peek!

Starting in 2025, we’ll discontinue the annual versions of our compliance courses. These are the courses with the year on the title (i.e. 2024 – Sexual Harassment Employees). Now you can archive enrollments, which means the system saves the data for an enrollment (date, status, completions date if applies) and allows you to enroll the student again in the same course. Review the processes outlined below and study the videos before you start archiving course enrollments.

• Annual Version Courses – for 2025 enroll your users in the generic versions (without the year.)
  • For example, if your users are enrolled in “2024 – Active Shooter Awareness – Supermarket,”, in 2025, please enroll them to the “Active Shooter Awareness – Supermarket (non-year version).”

• Annual Version Courses in Your Learning Plans
  • For example, if any of your learning plans include a yearly compliance course, such as “2024 – Active Shooter Awareness – Supermarket,” update your LP or create a new one using the non-year version, “Active Shooter Awareness – Supermarket.”
